David Woolf - CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

After beginning my career in education, I transitioned to healthcare at the tender age of twenty-three and stayed there for the next fifteen years of my career. After the first five years in administration at Weill Cornell Medicine, I sufficiently "wow-ed" the director of analytics with my project management skills such that she asked me to join her team as the project manager for analytics. I didn't know the technical side of the world yet, but she knew me and knew I could learn. From there, I transitioned to Columbia University's Irving Medical Center where I took on a broader, programmatic analytics role and eventually became the Senior Director of Analytics.

After a successful career following the path of least resistance, I realized that what gets me out of the bed in the morning is maximizing ROI through process implementation/improvement and prioritization, utilizing data to make informed, strategic decisions, and establishing cultures of positivity, excellence, and respect.

When I learned about Vision & Story, I just had to get involved. Here is a company that is doing something truly unique and exciting and where my services could be utilized from the ground up. I personally cannot wait to bring these tools to all companies, from startups to multinational Fortune 500 companies and revolutionize the way companies think about who they are and how they communicate it to the outside world. And while we do it, all team members are going to feel valued yet have some fun.
